Really good Family Time

excellent food constant attention

The staff constantly ensured the comfort of my kids and me. They understood our needs without us asking. They always stepped out to help with a smile. The food variety was excellent (the Sri Lankan curries were really good), with everything well presented.

a large group checked in. The presence of a large group made me uncomfortable in the pool area. I was unable to use the pools during those last two days.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Each room has comfortable beds and bathrooms, kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping staff. The room included a minibar, stocked daily with complimentary water and soft drinks.

The breakfast buffet featured many options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and the egg station. The hotel has multiple pools. I spent time at the adults-only pool and the family pool with slides.

The check-in process was slow. I waited about 30 minutes to receive my room key.

relaxing pool delicious food helpful staff easy access

our stay included easy access to many amenities. we spent time at the adult pool near the beach. i found it quiet and very relaxing. food at the restaurant were delicious with so much variety. the staff was very helpful and always ready to assist.

i noticed a slight delay once when i requested extra towels, but it resolved quickly.

my room included a king bed with soft linens, i could sleep very well. the bathroom has a separate shower and tub, it offered lots of space. the design promotes relaxation with nature-inspired touches and calming colours.

a blissful escape

hopper stations immaculate room well-equipped gym pleasurable stay

I adored the plentiful hopper stations available for dinner. Those hoppers were good! the staff ensured the room remained immaculate and orderly each day. the gym was well-equipped, including treadmills and stationary bikes. we had a wonderful time and i appreciated every detail of this hotel.

The adult pool needed more sun loungers. had to lie on the floor. the pool area requires some minor maintenance to keep it in top shape, though this did not significantly affect our enjoyment.

excellent variety accommodating staff

the breakfast had excellent variety. chef ratnayake ensured all guests were satisfied with their meals. i found the staff accommodating to my needs, especially in the restaurants. mr nissanka and mr rathnayaka provided excellent service .

the hotel recommended a city tour. the tour included a bird zoo where birds were kept in small cages, i found the cages too small. i did not enjoy this particular stop, it was disappointing.
