a haven with a view

charming decoration tender comfort warm welcome

The room decoration was very charming, i admired the comfort of the bed so tender. there was a balcony attached. From it, the hills unfolded like a painting, such a beauty. the staff's welcome and readiness warmed my heart.

I found a challenge existed. No lift carried one to higher floors. this presented some difficulties for me after some medical procedures. climbing stairs became a small obstacle to my stay.

The personnel showed readiness and assistance when needed. I felt very tended to. a warm welcome set the tone for attentiveness . It felt personable. staff ensured my needs were met promptly.

The room included a comfortable bed that i could sink in to. the attached balcony revealed views of the surroundings. It was like a dream. space allowed for easy movement, such as dancing.

wonderful stay with excellent service!

excellent service beautiful flower garden peaceful retreat

i had a amazing time here. the front office manager, thushara, offered excellent service and was very kind. yoga, the garden keeper, helped us take wonderful photos in the beautiful flower garden. i really appreciate the service from the staff and i recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel closer to nature (it's like a peaceful retreat!).

the roads to the location were slightly challenging, requiring careful navigation.

hilltop location friendly staff helpful service

i stayed one night. i liked the views from the hilltop location. the restaurant staff named chamil was friendly. he provided very helpful service.

mosquitoes caused a few problems at night. i got some bites. the plug-in repellents were not effective. fumigation was an option. i had to reject that option for personal reasons.

Great Hotel Experience

wide array helpful staff fine views

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options. I appreciated the helpful staff who arranged a tuk-tuk for transport into the town center. The views overlooking the city were fine from my room.
