The hotel was very clean. My room included tea, coffee, and water. These were restocked daily. The location was excellent. I found many shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel appears somewhat dated. I observed that the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent. I also noticed the beds were quite firm.

The location was superb. Shops and markets were right outside the hotel (a real convenience!). The rooftop pool was a highlight. It offered amazing views and I often had it to myself. The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for local restaurants.

The pillows were not very comfortable. I found the breakfast selection limited, especially for Western tastes. My room was quite a walk from the main reception (it was like a maze at times).

The breakfast offered a WIDE variety. I LOVED the egg bar that provided omelets and fried eggs. Crispy bacon was always available at the egg bar. I found traditional thai and western food that was great.

The fitness suite was quite small, I only found weights up to 15kg. ONE of the treadmills was broken. There was no entertainment of ANY kind at this hotel.

The rooftop POOL was amazing. Perfect for sunset views. I loved the shade around the lower pools. Pool bar cocktails tasted amazing. I found the location excellent. Convenient to both sides of the coast.

I noticed breakfast quality diminished noticeably on certain mornings. The FOOD could have been better overall.

the location was walking distance to night market and restaurants, so that was acceptable.

i asked 5 times for a bottle of soda water for takeaway, it took 20 minutes. the staff look like i was asking to hit them when i ordered. there were no takeaway boxes, so i had to wait a long time to be served at the bar.
