the ocean vista king room i stayed in featured a king size bed and separate seating area. room also have a balcony with ocean view and included a mini fridge. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and fresh juices were available.

live fish unethical practice

i stayed for a few nights. the new year's eve celebration included live fish in glass cylinders as table decorations. i found this deeply unethical. animals are not decorative objects. confining them in small containers causes stress and suffering. i hope the hotel reconsiders this practice.

admirable stay

varied activities buffet food

i liked the beach. the kids clubs activities were varied and the staff working there were very nice with kids. the buffet food options were delicious, offering lots of different types of cuisines.

i rarely write negative reviews, but our current experience was disappointing. there were no welcome drinks being passed around to other guests right in front of us and there was no offer of water. zero apologies were offered for any of these issues or inconveniences we have faced.
