the lawns were immaculate. the beach looked totally gorgeous.
i found that the resort did not live up to expectations. the road trip from the airport was long. the staff had limited english.

the resort offered free beach activities, which i thought was a nice touch. water refills were available on the beach, and i saw fresh flowers left on the bed in the evening.
the gym was a little small.

the room was clean. it met expectations.
I found the language barrier frustrating. it was difficult to communicate with staff. often, staff ran off to find multiple people to translate. this. I sometimes abandoned them altogether.

pimalai is simple fine. the resort is visually lovely i think. the staff are excellent too. it gets hard deciding what pool to sit around. i also liked walking down the beach to visit the local town and try the restaurants there. it sets a high bar i think.

the beautiful room twin was clean, spacious and beautiful, thats for sure. the bed was very comfortable i tell you. this was a really relaxing room with a gorgeous view. they pick you up in golf cart.

i found cleanliness perfect. every corner sparkled. the staff always acted attentive. the beach offer wide space. i found comfortable sunbeds. it was pleasant with refills available. i also saw flowers on the bed.

Restaurants served tasty food, although i would have preferred wider options. i tried the thai restaurant and enjoyed it. banyan tree café was also a good spot. I found service generally prompt.
