i found many different restaurants with unlimited options. the food quality was great from breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. the beach and jetty areas were very comfortable. the beach staff worked hard keeping it clean, providing many sun beds. the staff was friendly and hardworking from reception, to the bars, cleaners, and pool staff.

during my stay, i noticed the gym equipment could use some updating. some machines showed wear and tear, which detracted slightly from the otherwise excellent facilities.

The staff promptly addressed requests. The reception staff offered assistance with excursions. housekeeping services were efficient and thorough, replenishing amenities daily. poolside service delivered drinks and snacks quickly, though sometimes there were delays, the service was polite.

The aqua park had a total of six slides suitable for various age groups. Several swimming pools were available, including heated options. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The main buffet restaurant featured different themed nights. À la carte restaurants required reservations. the asian restaurant served sushi and teppanyaki. The italian restaurant offered a variety of pastas. food variety was excellent! though some dishes repeated over the week.

The family suite included two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The room was cleaned daily. the mini-fridge contained water and soft drinks. The balcony provided pool views. the air conditioning worked very well, though it was a bit noisy at times.

The hotel had direct beach access with sunbeds. It was a 10-minute walk from senzo mall. a taxi service was available at the hotel entrance. The area felt safe for walking. the area was nice but traffic was sometimes congested!

Swimming pools and the water park were acceptable.

I left feeling completely ripped off and frustrated. I ordered a car through Indrive. The app quoted 81 Egyptian pounds. The driver then demanded $25. I thought it was too much. A staff member near the hotel's security gate insisted that price was correct, so I took the car. In the end, I paid $30!!! Your hotel staff and the driver worked together to cheat me!
