Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Guests consistently praise the spacious rooms and appreciate the hotel's design. The beach, equipped with comfortable sun beds, and the pools are popular spots; while some guests find a few pools a bit cool in the morning, there are heated options available. The variety of restaurants, including the Mongolian Grill, receives high marks, though a few guests found the main buffet to be average except on weekends. wonderful family holiday

food quality clean beach friendly staff

i found many different restaurants with unlimited options. the food quality was great from breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. the beach and jetty areas were very comfortable. the beach staff worked hard keeping it clean, providing many sun beds. the staff was friendly and hardworking from reception, to the bars, cleaners, and pool staff.

during my stay, i noticed the gym equipment could use some updating. some machines showed wear and tear, which detracted slightly from the otherwise excellent facilities.

The main buffet restaurant featured different themed nights. À la carte restaurants required reservations. the asian restaurant served sushi and teppanyaki. The italian restaurant offered a variety of pastas. food variety was excellent! though some dishes repeated over the week.

price inflation cheating staff

Swimming pools and the water park were acceptable.

I left feeling completely ripped off and frustrated. I ordered a car through Indrive. The app quoted 81 Egyptian pounds. The driver then demanded $25. I thought it was too much. A staff member near the hotel's security gate insisted that price was correct, so I took the car. In the end, I paid $30!!! Your hotel staff and the driver worked together to cheat me!
