The location is fantastic! The view from my room was just amazing, seriously. All the facilities are VERY close. I think their beach is unique, definitely. What makes it a nice experience is the professional staff, always taking care of every guest.
The hotel rooms can be a LITTLE better. The furniture needs serious updating.

The main restaurant has plenty of seating, with both indoor and outdoor options available. Servers ensured quick refills. The breakfast buffet includes a variety of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. Fresh juices are ALWAYS available. There are themed dinner nights each week.

The rooms contain a mini-fridge, a safe, and a television with international channels. Housekeeping ensured the rooms were clean. The bathroom has a rainfall shower, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. Fresh towels are always provided. Each room has climate control.

The staff were helpful! especially aladdin and hesham from room service ensured we had everything needed. the location has amazing beachside views. activities at the hotel were fun. They kept us busy. i found the coffee machines in the restaurants a great touch.
The food was okay. It was nothing special. i think it could have been better.

The room provided basic amenities like a television. A mini-fridge. And air conditioning. i had a balcony. It offered views of the surrounding area. the beds were firm. They ensured a restful night's sleep.

the animation team did its best. the program suited both adults and kids.
the room door was hard to open and close. it was difficult to breathe after walking just fifteen meters, let alone two floors, since there was no elevator near the back rooms. the air conditioning in the room was filthy and loud
