The hotel has provided a beautiful room with daily cleaning. Armin, the porter, WAS always helpful! madonna from reception provided excellent support. the manager seemed very friendly. it is a relaxing spot, and the food tasted great. It was consistently hot for a large resort, something special.

there was loud music until late. walls SHOOK from the sound. it made relaxation challenging before bedtime.

the jasmine restaurant featured particularly delicious options and the chef cooked SO well. there were multiple restaurants with diverse menus and the food quality was consistently high, that is a HUGE plus. the variety was fantastic, and i ALWAYS found something to love.

the hotel is directly on the beach. it made beach access easy. the location allowed for Convenient enjoyment of the sun and sea. it's perfect FOR romantic strolls along the shore at sunset.

The staff IS kind and professional. They are always ready to help. mr omar at reception was available, that enhanced our stay. the guest relations team provided excellent service from check-in to daily support. they made our holiday wonderful.

The spa had a range of treatments. Mohamed was very helpful with spa bookings. the animation team kept everyone entertained. the doctor fish treatment felt very unique. the spa professionals delivered relaxing massage therapies in A calm atmosphere.

Excellent stay with improvements

I stayed at this hotel for several nights and observed many improvements. Front office services impressed me and Wael and Madona went beyond their duties. The food choices and products improved a lot and pastry options became more fun. Entertainment was also more versatile with a different program every evening and daytime. Omar assisted me with my needs in a very friendly way even though he was on vacation.

The staff was attentive. Mahmoud cleaned our room daily, providing excellent service. Siayhed, Kailied, and Mahmoud in the Rose restaurant were attentive to our needs. Adair and the lobby bar staff provided great service.

The schedule of entertainment was the same every day. That got a bit old.

The airport transfer i booked never showed up, it was very frustrating. i had contacted the hotel several times, but the driver claimed to have waited with a sign. I never saw him. also, the food in the buffet was just adequate. overall, i would say, you could probably pay a little more and get a much better experience elsewhere
