The swimming pools were lovely! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered many options, all were delicious. The hotel design is sublime. It provides magnificent views.
The elevators had a foul smell! It seemed to be from older carpets throughout the hotel.

amazing stay!

The staff remembered my name. I found that so sweet! the pool was gorgeous facing the nile. it. i loved that the hotel was a bit away from the downtown area. It was so calm and peaceful. (just what i needed!)
the digital key didn't work for me, a small inconvenience. i needed to get a regular key instead, but it all worked out.

the room included a modern painting and a large mirror above the dressing table. i had a spacious wardrobe with wooden hangers, an iron and ironing board, and a safe. i also had tea, coffee, and plenty of bottled water.

Sandy selim connected before our arrival. She is a wonderful person. she. i also want to thank mahmood at the poolside. He ensured we could witness a lovely sunset. breakfasts were a delight, the buffet offered a lot of variety, and the staff went the extra mile to. asmaa was especially helpful during checkout, everything went smoothly.
the elevators, though functional, had a slight unpleasant odor from older carpets.

The breakfast selection was good. The staff made an effort to accommodate families. kitchen staff were helpful, chefs cooked items on request. They explained different dishes. the food quality seemed good though the variety was limited.

Sandy selim connected prior to arrival. She is a wonderful person. reception staff including asmaa offered caring service. They made life easier. the staff were great too. They knew where i liked to sit.

Rooms were kept clean daily. Interior design seemed well done throughout the hotel. the room had air conditioning that worked amazingly well throughout the whole space! it was a lovely treat to end our holiday.
