The staff remembered my name. I found that so sweet! the pool was gorgeous facing the nile. it. i loved that the hotel was a bit away from the downtown area. It was so calm and peaceful. (just what i needed!)

the digital key didn't work for me, a small inconvenience. i needed to get a regular key instead, but it all worked out.

He ensured we could witness a lovely sunset. breakfasts were a delight, the buffet offered a lot of variety, and the staff went the extra mile to. asmaa was especially helpful during checkout, everything went smoothly.

the elevators, though functional, had a slight unpleasant odor from older carpets.
