amazing dinnerreally good helpsmall delay
The room was indeed lovely in the cottage area. dinner was amazing. I had the stacked burger. it came with fries and sauce and it was delicious. the staff, especially jazeel, provided really good Help.
upon arrival, i was told the room was not ready. this caused a small delay that was soon rectified.

The hotel sit near wrightington hospitals so it was easy for me. the rooms were big enough. the food was reasonably priced. I like it.
reception staff wasn't the nicest to me. the view from our junior suite showed a roof had fag butts. only one dressing gown were in the room so i had to call for another.

the staff at breakfast were great and the location suited my needs well. i look forward to a future stay.
upon arrival, a mattress was present in the corridor, which affected tidiness. also, it took six hours to get towels after the request.

deposit requestcomplicated payment
i arrived and was asked for a £50 deposit, even though i wanted to pay in full for my room immediately. this policy didn't make sense to me at all. it felt unnecessary and complicated the payment process. this seemed like a needless hurdle at check-in, i expected a smoother experience when settling my account.
