deposit requestcomplicated payment
i arrived and was asked for a £50 deposit, even though i wanted to pay in full for my room immediately. this policy didn't make sense to me at all. it felt unnecessary and complicated the payment process. this reminded me of a needless hurdle at check-in, i expected a smoother experience when settling my account.
