i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. bethany, ross, and katy in the restaurant provided excellent meals each time. bethany remembered my name and asked about my day, a special touch. sandra at reception was cute after my journey!
The car parking situation was outrageous. I had to pay for parking for a minimum of two hours, and the payment app also added a convenience fee.
