the room had a lovely view (i liked it a lot).
The breakfast experience was disappointing. The staff seemed inconvenienced by our presence, and it took a long time to get our scones.

worn furniture slow breakfast
the room i got was quite disappointing given the price point the furniture looked worn and some of the carpet had stains it seemed like it needed a refresh to justify the cost breakfast service was slow despite the hotel not appearing overly busy it took a long time to get our order and then the food arrived lukewarm the staff were polite but seemed understaffed or disorganized it definitely impacted the overall enjoyment of the stay

i found the room spacious and super clean. it featured a fridge and kettle. the bathroom included a separate shower. wheelchair access was available throughout the premises.

the receptionists were lovely and made check-in simple. staff members at the wedding were professional, ensuring a smooth event. one staff member went beyond her duty assisting my sister after an accident.

mixed experience at this hotel
distant carpark flimsy plastic
the spa facilities were adequate for a short swim.
the carpark is a considerable distance from the hotel. also, the toilet seat in the bathroom was made of flimsy plastic, it creaked loudly with any movement. this detail detracted from the overall experience, particularly given the nightly rate.

a blissful escape, lovely
spacious room perfect cleanliness lovely grounds
I am utterly smitten with this place and can't wait to return!!! the room was spacious, boasting a fabulous view. The immaculate cleanliness was so excellent. a little touch, homemade cookies awaited us each day in the room. the grounds were immaculate and offered lovely spots for a romantic stroll.
I found the lighting in the bathroom to be a little dim. It's a minor detail, but worth noting.
