Really good Amenities and Staff

clean roomnice balconyfriendly staff
I enjoyed a very clean room with a nice balcony. The whole staff team was polite, kind, friendly, and very cute. I found plenty of parking on the premises. I ate in the Lounge Brasserie a couple of times and found the food to be good (I really enjoyed it).
Service

Every staff member I encountered was efficient, friendly, and professional. They were unobtrusive, but always ready to help, which I appreciated a lot. The team seemed well-organized and attentive.

Really good Hotel Experience

cute staffexpansive choicenon-flexible rate
The reception staff were very cute when we arrived. Ralph took the trouble to phone me to explain that our room would be on a different floor to our family's. The rooms were immaculate and contained everything we required. Breakfasts offered a wonderful and expansive choice.
The hotel did not accommodate my request to change from a non-flexible rate to a flexible one. I asked nearly two weeks before my stay. I have been a returning visitor and found this disappointing.
Dining
9/10
Lunch with a friend involved lovely, helpful, and friendly staff, and they were happy to assist. Food and wine were excellent and beautifully presented. Everything was cooked well. Service was excellent despite the busyness.
