Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues

large car parkfriendly receptiondamp evidenceflaking plaster
The grounds looked pretty. The car park was large. The bar was nice (I enjoyed a drink there). The reception staff were friendly.
I found some evidence of damp on the walls in the room. There was also some plaster flaking. I think the grout around the bath needed replacing.
