The staff was friendly and helpful. Vicky was a real star!!! The room was great, and any issue with the projector in the meeting room was sorted super quickly. The facilities were amazing, including golf, a spa, and a bowling alley!! This hotel is great value. I felt welcome. I will book again!

I had an issue with the spa facilities not being fully functional on my recent visit. I hope this gets fixed soon.

picturesque views bowling alley friendly staff

the location provided picturesque views from my room. the bowling alley was fun, bringing back memories. i found the staff friendly and helpful, particularly in the dining area. the breakfast had a nice selection of food.

one of the lifts did not work i found it inconvenient to use the stairs with my luggage.
