The lack of air conditioning made the room stuffy. I found the absence of a dedicated concierge quite inconvenient. There was no readily available assistance for luggage or local information. This impacted my ability to efficiently plan outings and manage my belongings upon arrival and departure.

The hotel grounds present beautiful scenery. The staff are friendly and helpful. My suite included a complimentary mini bar, which surprised me. The pool temperature was perfect, and I appreciated the gym and spa access.
The piped music in the lounge did not quite suit the audience.

The Beautiful Room was gorgeous, with a large comfortable bed and blackout curtains, limiting morning light. There are tea and coffee making facilities for added convenience, and a safe is available within the drawers.

Reception staff were efficient upon arrival. Breakfast service was well managed with prompt attention, and the food tasted good, with many options available. Special thanks to Oliver, he was helpful and assisted me throughout my stay

The staff were lovely and helpful throughout my visit. the evening meal on my first night was delicious. I enjoyed the flavours and presentation. my room had a great view and was clean. i found my room to be very comfortable.
I found the twin beds to be only a few inches apart. This was a slight inconvenience.
