great location direct access private parking

I appreciated the location within the Resorts World complex. I found many restaurants and shops. The hotel's proximity to the NEC was ideal for attending my event. The private car park in the basement with direct access to the hotel was convenient.

the hotel sits near the nec a real plus for attending events i found the vip parking super convenient especially with its direct access to the hotel the breakfast at the sky restaurant was top notch too it had a great selection with wonderful views of the lake

the breakfast selection was good with plentiful options. the superior double room was spacious, providing ample space. easy lift access to all floors was convenient, especially with luggage.

the room was very spacious (i stayed in a superior double room). it was also clean. the location was convenient for the conference i attended. the experience felt seamless.

one of the lifts was out of order. this caused delays getting to and from my room. check-in was slow. nobody gave me any information about breakfast times or where it was served.
