The staff were friendly. Breakfast had much choice and was well stocked. The grounds were lovely.

The hotel room seemed like a sauna, you couldn't breathe. The lifts were small and SLOW. It took a long time getting from our room to anywhere. The hotel was very noisy and there was a wedding and fireworks.

the grounds were fine, i adored the meticulous landscaping. our room offered complimentary bottled water, which i found thoughtful and refreshing. the car park was spacious, an added convenience. the building itself felt grand with beautiful wood carvings, it was quite lovely!

the pool temperature was cooler than expected. i found that a little disappointing. everything else was wonderful.

I adored the beautiful grounds during my birthday visit. the pool area with jacuzzis and sauna worked well. I expected that. the breakfast team provided excellent service, helen was such a star!

I stayed in a king room. It had no ac. it was hot, and the room felt dated. there was a rip in my bed sheet, and an ac unit made a racket all night when i opened the window.
