broken ice machine long check-in

the front desk made several mistakes on my check-in. it took over an hour to get to the correct room. the ice machine on my floor did not work, some elevator buttons didn't work too. it really was like a lower standard than before.

Fantastic Family Stay!

spacious room double sinks easy transportation fun reef

Our Resort Two Queen room was very spacious. I liked the double sinks in the bathroom. The shower had great water pressure. I found lots of fresh towels. Transportation was easy. I saw access to taxis and the monorail. The kids really enjoyed the shark reef. We spent hours watching the sea creatures. I would definitely come back again.

I noticed the resort fee seemed a little high.

the beds felt very good, and the soaking tub was a great extra. sunsets viewed from the room was fine.

the resort was huge, i found it impersonal. during the stay of three nights, they did not clean the room once. at the end i got a refund of the parking fee.

the casino was large and clean so i could play slots

the pool closed at 6 pm that was too early it was still hot at that time there was no information on how to use the machines in the casino staff seemed to lack knowledge about them i expected better service
