wow, flamingo still rocks!

prime location live flamingos great upkeep strong security

the location is prime, close to everything i wanted to see. i walked to all the main attractions easily. the live flamingos added a special touch, and i secure hotel with security everywhere. the hotel upkeep impressed me. They washed everything down every morning!

The newly renovated pool had very few free lounge chairs. Get there super early!

central location quick kiosks real flamingos

the location is VERY central. i walked everywhere with ease, WHOA! the check-in and check-out kiosks made everything super quick. seeing real flamingos on the hotel was definitely a highlight.

the reading lamp was broken when i first got to the room, drat.

i stayed in the go room 1 king high roller view non-smoking. the location is fantastic, right in the center. i LOVED the view of the high roller from my room! the staff was helpful with directions.

the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak hours, causing a slight wait.

The hotel offers a large pool area that includes several lounge chairs and a separate bar. It's REALLY great. there is also a fitness center equipped with treadmills and weight machines. guests can access multiple on-site shops for souvenirs and essentials, VERY convenient.

Housekeeping provided fresh towels and toiletries daily. It WAS so nice. front desk staff gave directions. the bell service helped with luggage storage upon arrival, which i needed.

central location wildlife habitat helpful staff no coffee maker poor service bad attitude

I was charmed by the hotel's central location on the Strip. It was convenient. The wildlife habitat, especially the flamingos, was AMAZING!!! The pools were also great. I visited both the over 21 pool and the family pool. The staff members were polite and helpful to me.

My room did not have a coffee maker. I called to ask for more coffee, but I seemed to get the runaround. Someone even told me that I did not have a coffee maker and that I should buy coffee from the lobby. Eventually, I got some coffee, but it was delivered with an attitude. It seemed like overkill with 12 pouches for my last night.
