Fantastic stay at the resort

I had a clean room with a great view. The shower was gorgeous! The bathroom even included a lighted magnifying mirror, a nice touch for makeup application, clean room, great view, lighted mirror
The check-in process was a little confusing due to limited parking near the entrance.

Guest services were really great. Staff helped me find locations easily. The employees provided clean and helpful services this year. Everyone in the resort was very helpful and friendly to all guests.

The room was large, spacious, and clean. The decor featured pleasant blue tones. I found the open view from the room particularly charming. Inside the hotel, there is a monorail station, and it is very convenient.

The location is good, running parallel to the main area. It is easy to access the main attractions via the monorail (it stops inside the hotel!). With bus line N° 8 (stop in front of the hotel), you can go straight and fast to the airport.

The resort features several restaurants and places to eat within the building. We got food at the very tasty Italian place. I also visited the surprisingly delicious sports bar (I recommend the pizza!).

A Romantic Getaway!

The staff noticed my mobility issues and expedited our check-in! We enjoyed an amazing Italian dinner on-site. Rock Roulette, an very nice band at the main bar, was amazing!!! We danced for hours, one of my best trips.
The TV was not geared towards local channels. I missed having access to the regular network options.

The location near the convention center was convenient. It made getting to events easy.
I found that the room lacked expected amenities. There was no coffee maker. Finding ice was also a challenge. I had to walk quite a distance to get ice, inconvenient. The lack of these basic conveniences made the stay less enjoyable
