The corridors on the second floor of the Royal Tower resembled a setting for horror films. The room was painted a drab brown color making it feel very dark. Constant beeping and noise from cars outside the window was a problem all hours as ride-sharing services picked up guests near the room. This issue combined with rumbling noises all day and night made getting any sleep difficult.

The casino had many options for slots and tables, I found it quite accessible. The room included an iron and ironing board which I used. People working in the lobby were helpful with directions.

I noticed the bathroom floors were not clean. I saw some visible stains.

I found the staff very helpful. They accommodated our needs effectively. The hotel connects directly to Luxor, Mandalay Bay, and New York-New York. This made travel easy! The monorail access was quite convenient. I appreciated the many dining options available without needing to go outside.

The room lacked USB charging ports. I was unable to charge my phone easily.

FANTASTIC Experience!

awesome location friendly staff clean room

The location is GREAT. I found nice restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all in one place (even an arcade!). The staff was friendly, from the host at the rewards desk to the floor slot services. The rooms were very clean and renovated in the resort tower.
