the location was acceptable in regards to accessibility to other places.
the front desk staff mixed up my room number and was very rude when i returned to find the correct room. the wifi was terrible. It basically didn't work at all, so i had to call the wifi services number several times.

the room was smelly i suspect the bidet was the source even though an email promised an upgrade the front desk claimed none were available there was no table in the suite to eat on also i found no pen or paper

the check-in process was surprisingly smooth and efficient. i was given clear directions to my room. the signage throughout the hotel was helpful (especially navigating such a large complex). the hotel also provided a convenient late check-out option, useful.
The distance from the room to rideshare pick-up was considerable. It was a long walk with luggage.

the staff was consistently courteous and helpful, addressing all my questions quickly. i asked for extra towels and received them within 15 minutes. the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local dining.

The pools were a highlight, especially the attentive pool staff. i found the rooms very comfortable. there were plenty of food options. The hotel was like a complete resort. (it was great).
the minibar water was quite overpriced at $14 a bottle.

Our room have a great size. I apreciate the variety of restaurants. There are various options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on site. The location was central.
Front desk peoples was not super friendly. Mini fridge was completely stock with alcohol, juices AND someone else's leftovers from the cheesecake factory. They decided to change the locks on the doors to the rooms. The deadbolt on the new lock never worked right after.
