the location was, acceptable i guess.
i really disliked the room i received. it smelled like stale cigarettes and desperation, honestly a real downer. the bathroom mirror had this weird film on it, and despite repeated attempts to wipe it down, it stayed there. like, who wants to look at themselves through a greasy haze?

the hotel had a great location. i could easily get to the monorail. the room was super clean when i arrived (i appreciated that). there were also many shops and restaurants right in the hotel. security was good too.
navigating the hotel took me a few days, it is big. this made for an uncomfortable situation.

the room included usb outlets, convenient for charging devices. it also had a jbl bluetooth speaker, a nice touch. there was plenty of space in the bedroom, and the bed felt comfy.

the hotel staff was friendly and helpful (especially valeria and mr steve). housekeeping kept the rooms very clean. staff responded quickly when i asked for assistance.

there were lots of food choices available. the buffet food was delicious (especially the dessert options). the hotel also has a starbucks and a subwaywith cheaper drinks.

The monorail stop is conveniently within the hotel, and makes travel easy. Dining choices are varied, so finding something to eat is not a problem. I appreciated the self check in. It was quick. The large size of the hotel means there is a lot to explore.
The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff sprayed aerosol, but this did not solve the problem.
