I found the staff friendly and very helpful. the room was clean and spacious. I did like the quiet atmosphere. the location felt very convenient. it was easy to walk to places. i enjoyed the unique cocktail lounges. The vibe was vibrant.

I appreciated the efficient check-in process. The Terrace One Bedroom Suite had a separate living area and a well-equipped kitchenette. I also made use of the fitness center (it had modern equipment).

I liked that the hotel had good facilities. Staff members were friendly and efficient, I noticed. There was adequate space to sit at the hotel and wait. It was a lovely few days, I must say.
The room cleanliness was an issue at check in. I was surprised to see how filthy the room was, honestly. I saw some stained sheets and many dirty pillows too. This made me think about hotel hygiene standards.
