My experience at this hotel was a rollercoaster. While the location is fantastic and perfect for exploring the Strip, I had quite a few issues with the room cleanliness and the service overall. The check-in process was smooth, but the follow-up from staff was lacking, and I was disappointed with the dining options. Overall, this hotel has potential, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
