noisy refrigerator leaky showerhead
the room was clean when i arrived at the hotel.
the refrigerator made an enormous noise at night. the showerhead leaked continuously. check-in took nearly thirty minutes because online check-in failed to scan my id.

the staff was friendly. the hotel offered a wide variety of restaurants on site. i found many retail stores available for shopping. access to the strip was easy and safe (a real plus!).
the elevator system sometimes caused delays.

The hotel rooms are clean. The casino provides many choices for gambling. I found a good sportsbook. There were plenty of spots for dining.
I did find the pillows not to my liking.

The hotel stands slightly outside the central part of the Strip. A walk to the center takes about half an hour. An Uber ride provides a quicker alternative for traveling.

There are multiple restaurants on site for meals. I noticed several options. Guests receive discounts at the restaurants inside the complex. A variety of dining choices are available to guests.

Rooms provide quiet spaces. I appreciate that the rooms have a minibar stocked. A separate refrigerated area allows for personal storage. The rooms offer big windows with views.

charmed by this hotel!
food option fine view
i thought this brand new hotel have many food options. the gambling floor feels a bit quiet. i also found free parking and that room was quiet with a fine view from 15 floor.
i thought check in was a real nightmare, too long indeed. online check in never worked for me, so it took one long hour to get check in, so i couldnt use the pool since it closed too early.

this hotel is intertwined among other resorts. the organization and the structure felt perfect, you see. there are several bars, pools and many gaming activities at the premises, really something.

the room i got was quiet, it had a fine strip view option. this room got a nice, comfy bed and a bathroom including a shower. the bathroom towels seemed pristine, it really feels quality.

i think that front desk was real helpful, so service felt great. people are friendly and the hotel is very clean. the hotel is really intertwined with other resorts, so organization feels right.

the hotel is walkable from the strip and festival grounds. reaching this is really convenient at the end of the night. it is perfect since it is near necessary shopping area.

clean environment strip view
i enjoyed the clean environment and the nice rooms. the strip view from my room was indeed awesome. the pool seemed fabulous (though i didn't get a chance to use it).
i found the lack of kettle in the room somewhat inconvenient. i had to request one via the red assistant, it didn't turn up (this lack of human response left me unsure).

the staff generally had a great attitude. the express check-in with mobile key initially caused issues. a key deactivation problem required a 30-minute wait at the front desk for a physical key.

my beautiful king room city view offered ample space. the bathroom included all necessary amenities. the room lacked a kettle (something i missed).

there are many dining options available on-site. i didn't have enough time to try them all. the crossroads kitchen plant-based restaurant stood out (it had an amazing menu!).

The hotel has many pools to choose from. I also noted the high level of cleanliness . Attentive service was available throughout the hotel.
The check-in process was a bit slow at times.
