wonderful stay near the beach

The rooms were very comfortable. i enjoyed the beach view from the balcony, along with the wheel. the taxi driver was great, taking me to mosk on friday and later to the airport. the concierge handled our bags from the room right to the taxi, a big help. i especially liked using the pool and relaxing on the loungers under the umbrellas. i got free large towels for swimming. It was really nice.
the location is a little far from the jbr center, requiring a long walk. one of the rooms felt small even though it was supposed to be a queen bed. i also felt the staff seemed a bit inflexible at times, despite their smiling faces.

staff members were friendly and displayed good soft skills, really making me feel welcome. the concierge provided helpful assistance with luggage, ensuring it was smoothly transported from the room to the taxi stand.

The front office team and gastro kitchen team were professional. They were always helpful. nyasha, smriti, jenny, vday, and the breakfast chefs were all available to assist. their willingness to accommodate requests was notable.

Our two-bedroom suite had a very spacious living area. It also featured two and a half bathrooms, very convenient for our family. The pool area was not too crowded even during peak season, which I found great. The staff were consistently friendly and provided attentive service. I also liked that the location allowed easy access to water sports (conveniently located right in front of the hotel!).
The minibar wasn't refilled daily without a specific request.

The suite included a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Each bedroom had its own television. The living area offered comfortable seating for the whole family and provided ample space to relax after a day at the beach.

The breakfast buffet presented a wide variety of options, from pastries to hot dishes (especially the pancakes!). The on-site restaurants offered a selection of cuisines, catering to different tastes. Fresh ingredients are always a plus.

The hotel's position at the end of the walkway meant fewer crowds. Nearby, many shops and restaurants are available within a short walking distance. The tram station is easily accessible, which helps with getting around.
