fantastic stay!
cute stafffine viewcomfortable bed
i found the staff cute and accommodating. the view IS fine and the room was spacious, with very comfortable beds. ravi and obaid in the restaurant provided great breakfast and dinner service with constant smiles. kasmeer and mary expedited our food one morning before a shuttle. shaubham at the beach bar remembered our names and inquired about our trip!

my room included a comfortable king-sized bed and ample closet space. the room featured a modern design, fresh towels, and a well-stocked minibar. i noticed there were blackout curtains, which ensured a restful sleep, and daily housekeeping services kept everything tidy.

The location of the hotel was acceptable.
The service in the restaurant was horrible. It took a long time before someone served me. The mixed buffet and a la carte system caused confusion, especially at dinner. The QR code for the list of options was not helpful. I sometimes ordered food for the kids, but there were not enough options available on the buffet.

The room was modern. It was also impeccably clean. The valet parking service was prompt (which I definitely needed!). Food and drinks at the pool bar were of good quality.
The hotel called my room multiple times, at least nine times. They kept asking about payment (I found this a bit much). The reception desk lady was not helpful at all.
