The service at the pool was slow. I felt forgotten at times. The breakfast wasn't good. The croissants tasted old. The hotel is at the far end of the palm, a long way from everything. i was disappointed

The room was spacious (we chose the Beautiful Double Room with Balcony). Delicious breakfast was served daily. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.
The shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom when showering. The layout of the toilet and shower was a little awkward because of this.

we were upgraded to a premium room sea view hotel private beach access. the rooms were very spacious, a real treat. i loved the beautiful views across the water from the balcony. the swimming pool was lovely and perfect for cooling off after time at the beach.
the minibar was not filled on arrival. i had to ask for it to be stocked. it was resolved quickly enough.

i found the check-in process simple and efficient. our luggage arrived shortly after we entered our room. every staff member i spoke with was both courteous and friendly i am grateful.
the gym is somewhat small. it lacks a lot of equipment. i found this slightly inconvenient.

The room was spacious and included a balcony. i appreciated the two separate sinks in the bathroom. The rainfall shower worked very well. the breakfast had many options to choose from! the beach was also very close, about a two minute walk from the lobby.
i found that some areas could benefit from a bit more frequent upkeep.
