the breakfast included a great variety of choices. chef nurudeen provided really good service for our food (i especially liked the omelets). nisha and chandra at reception handled check-in and check-out effortlessly.
the gym did not provide towels. i found very few machines available. there was no shaded area for cars to park (which i think is important).

The suite was great. Parmilla at the front office did a great job. Chef Govinda, Chef Kartikay, Sara, and Salman in housekeeping were professional and guest-oriented. It was just perfect.
There were swarms of mosquitoes outdoors in the morning and night.

Fantastic Anniversary Stay!

The staff was excellent I particularly appreciated the staff they did everything possible to help. We enjoyed the restaurant and the new golf range It offered a fun comfortable space for hitting balls. Drinks and food were available along with excellent service I found it relaxing.
The price was a bit high I think I should have a discount because I am a regular customer of the hotel.

the staff at the reception were super helpful, especially ravi and nisha, assisting with an early check-in for me. the room offered an amazing view (i loved it!). the hotel's location is also quite convenient, close to many tourist spots, a big plus for me.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. It included a king bed and a balcony with a golf view, perfect for relaxation. yasir from room service provided excellent and professional service, always quick and polite. cleanliness throughout the room was consistently wonderful.

the breakfast had a wide selection of food and the staff were professional and cute, really creating a warm atmosphere. the hotel offers multiple swimming pools, including one that is 1.5m deep with four lanes, ideal for a good swim (i enjoyed it!).

the location is peaceful and offers easy access to main roads, it is a great feature for avoiding traffic. the hotel overlooks a beautiful golf course, which i found very relaxing. it's a very quiet and peaceful place.

Nisha at reception provided really good service with a warm and helpful attitude. She was always ready to assist. mohamad al habashi gave a wonderful reception, offering professional assistance and guidance, which i thought was great. the staff overall were polite and understanding, really enhancing my stay.

the price matched the hotel facilities and grounds. my upgraded room was large and comfortable. It overlooked the golf course. the bar and restaurant service was superb, including the pool and golf club.
i found it inconvenient that there wasn't a designated walking area in the evening. a staff member stopped me when i went for a short walk along the paths. they said walking there was not allowed

rude staffmissing tile
The carpets seemed outdated and dusty. a stair was missing a tile. I tripped there a month ago, hurt my ankle, and it still wasn't fixed . the manager never apologized for the injury!!!
