the pool was fairly large and kept clean .

The room had a strong musty smell. I suspect mold. the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, it constantly leaked water. i reported it, but no one seemed to care much. It definitely made the floor slippery.

I appreciated the hotel's central location near shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to requests. My room was spacious and comfortable, and I liked the efficient app used to book room cleaning. I found this especially useful for scheduling cleaning at my convenience.

The breakfast selection could have been better, as it had limited variety . I noticed sounds from other guests talking in the hallway or on their balconies. The noise and door knocking sometimes disturbed my sleep. I think adding more sound insulation could greatly improve the quality of stay.

The hotel featured ramps, elevators, and handicapped accessible features. The swimming pool was large and accommodated several families. The open-air aspect of both the reception and breakfast area was particularly appealing. This design created a cute and comfortable atmosphere.

I liked the large pool. It was perfect for a refreshing swim! the on-site gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, i used it every day. the spa offered traditional thai massage and aromatherapy treatments.
