limited selection indifferent staff
The breakfast was mediocre , especially for the price point. the selection felt limited , and the quality of some items was lacking. i also found the service inconsistent . Some staff were attentive , but others seemed indifferent or slow to respond to requests.

The staff were attentive and always greeted me with smiles. The gardens, pool, and beach provided fine photo opportunities. I was able to easily walk to Fisherman's Village, and that was a HUGE plus.

The entryway makes you feel you are in a tropical location. The hotel is well located near Fisherman's Village restaurants and shops. The team was hospitality oriented. Ploy called us by name every time we met her.. she always wanted to.
The beach in front of the hotel had trash around it. Locals were cooking on the beach there. The beach was not a nice spot to swim.
