i found the beach very clean. the swing by the beach was a highlight!!! the rooms were spacious too. arissa, afiqah, azim, and fais were very helpful staff members.

the lifts were small and a bit old.

The resort had its own private beach with beautiful sunset views. It created a serene and romantic atmosphere! the staff were warm and helpful, and they were always ready with a smile. i especially loved the easy access to the beach where we relaxed. i spent hours playing and enjoying the cool breeze

The rooms were not well-kept, and they need cleaning. The air conditioning was noisy. i could not adjust it to low or high. i had to turn it off.

The resort has amazing pools. The one with an endless edge overlooks the sea, it is a real postcard. a 24-hour cafe offers many practical options. the gym has updated equipment, and it provided an ideal workout environment.

the staff are friendly, and. emily arranged the table for the chap goh meh event, so i had a nice celebration. the warmth extended by the team made a real difference.

clean grounds amazing staff peaceful pool

I found the staff AMAZING. The grounds are kept very beautiful and clean. I appreciate the gardeners and their amazing job. There are three pools. One has a pool bar and a large area, another is smaller near the pool bar, and the third faces the beach and is very peaceful.

The air CONDITIONER was a little noisy. I found it hard to sleep well one night.

The receptionist was friendly. She provided information on local dining options. The breakfast buffet offered ample variety. Its convenient location made Langkawi exploration easy. We felt the staff was devoted to enhancing our stay. The beachfront bar contributed positively to our time. The pool was impressively large and well maintained. It allowed easy beach access. There, one could find various activities.

misleading pictures poor maintenance

the location by the BEACH was acceptable.

I was REALLY disappointed with the room. It felt old and not well kept, even though it was supposedly "refurbished". pictures were misleading, and i felt a little deceived by the presentation online.
