i found the beach very clean. the swing by the beach was a highlight!!! the rooms were spacious too. arissa, afiqah, azim, and fais were very helpful staff members.
the lifts were small and a bit old.

The resort had its own private beach with beautiful sunset views. It created a serene and romantic atmosphere! the staff were warm and helpful, and they were always ready with a smile. i especially loved the easy access to the beach where we relaxed. i spent hours playing and enjoying the cool breeze
The rooms were not well-kept, and they need cleaning. The air conditioning was noisy. i could not adjust it to low or high. i had to turn it off.

The resort has amazing pools. The one with an endless edge overlooks the sea, it is a real postcard. a 24-hour cafe offers many practical options. the gym has updated equipment, and it provided an ideal workout environment.

the staff are friendly, and. emily arranged the table for the chap goh meh event, so i had a nice celebration. the warmth extended by the team made a real difference.

the breakfast was one of the best i have ever seen in hotels, with a variety of options. from seaside meals to the 24-hour service, i always had delicious choices. the wide variety of dishes to choose from was excellent!

The location is excellent. It is next to a beautiful beach. the resort is in the best section with some good local restaurants. the privileged beachfront location contributed to nice days. the hotel is near to popular attractions

I found the staff AMAZING. The grounds are kept very beautiful and clean. I appreciate the gardeners and their amazing job. There are three pools. One has a pool bar and a large area, another is smaller near the pool bar, and the third faces the beach and is very peaceful.
The air CONDITIONER was a little noisy. I found it hard to sleep well one night.

The receptionist was friendly. She provided information on local dining options. The breakfast buffet offered ample variety. Its convenient location made Langkawi exploration easy. We felt the staff was devoted to enhancing our stay. The beachfront bar contributed positively to our time. The pool was impressively large and well maintained. It allowed easy beach access. There, one could find various activities.

The breakfast had multiple options. The coffee server provided hot coffee continuously. The on-site restaurants gave a good selection of dining choices. We loved the romantic dinners on the beach.

The infinity pool provided a great place for swimming. The resort included gardens filled with flowers. The gym included modern equipment for guest use. We enjoyed the beach, but the view was amazing!

the location by the BEACH was acceptable.
I was REALLY disappointed with the room. It felt old and not well kept, even though it was supposedly "refurbished". pictures were misleading, and i felt a little deceived by the presentation online.
