We are lifetime platinum members with Marriott.. We are used to great hotels and great service. The Silavadee Events staff handled the wedding project very professionally. The kitchen staff and waiters were caring. The GM managed the event at perfection.

The hotel asked if we had allergies upon checkin because they wanted to enrich my stay, I informed them about my gluten allergy and upon arrival we were provided a celebratory cake platter which i could not eat. Every day they would leave snacks containing flour in the room.

The gym was too small, and the air conditioning was not functional. I found this unacceptable! The hotel overall showed signs of wear. It requires refurbishment, quite evident.
