the room was clean.

The air conditioning was not effective. It needed maintenance to lower the temperature. check-in was terrible due to staff inefficiency causing a long wait. the staff member was unhelpful and did not seek to resolve the issue.

faulty ac poor cleanliness

i found the hotel in need of serious updates. the air conditioning barely worked in my room, it made sleep difficult. i informed the staff three times, but nothing changed. also, finding used towels was pretty gross, it shows the hotel needs better cleaning procedures

My room featured a comfortable king bed! The air conditioning worked effectively. I found the provided toiletries of high quality. The resort's private beach was wonderful. I enjoyed the easy access to the Dead Sea.

The hotel staff displayed excellent service and attentiveness to detail. The pools were clean and provided ample space for relaxation. The hotel architecture had a unique and appealing design. The zara spa offered a tranquil and rejuvenating experience.

The music by the pool was repetitive. Though, I understand it is difficult to satisfy all tastes.
