I Love This Family Place!

We stayed seven nights in this hotel and I adored the pools! The waterpark is a blast. The hotel rooms are super clean and I liked the super friendly staff.

This hotel is amazing! the pools are huge, i loved the slides. everywhere was super clean! i saw the staff cleaning all day. there was so much food, even my picky eater loved it. the entertainment was great. The evening shows were amazing. the staff are helpful!
the posters for the shows weren't always up to date, so it was sometimes hard to know what was on.

our family room was spacious and super clean! the fridge was restocked with drinks every day. the air conditioning worked great, important, the room included a safe and a beach bag!

the hotel has a complimentary bus that takes you to the beach. the lunchtime food there is excellent!!! the buffet restaurant is big with lots of choices. the lunch time food court near the pools has something for everyone.

The water park features many options for kids. The slides were nice. The food options offered great variety. Bars were well stocked. Branded spirits such as Jack Daniels were available. The air conditioning in the rooms worked effectively.
The restaurant became very crowded at peak hours making it difficult to find a table.

the pools were plentiful, so there was always a space to cool down. drinks were readily available too.
i found the food disappointing. the buffet seemed repetitive and not always very appealing, so i ended up eating out a few nights, incurring extra costs. the room decor was also very basic, certainly not what i would expect from a supposed five-star hotel.
