Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

relaxing bathroom great layout palm view

I really loved our Luxury Room Palm View. It had a relaxing bathroom with a rainfall shower. I found the room layout great, providing space and comfort. Waking up to the palm view and birds singing felt relaxing though the elevator near our room made some noise.

I tried to book a spa treatment through email but never received a response. I needed to call directly to book the treatment. This was an inconvenience, and I wish the communication had been smoother.

The Manana breakfast buffet had staff that were amazing! Staff at the front desk could definitely learn from them. The food quality had a great variety and they were attentive about refilling dishes quickly.

The resort offers a nice beach. Many palm trees provide shade around the pool area. Taxis are readily available. The ride to Marina takes about 20 minutes! Waterpark is close, and the Nakheel mall is nearby.

The lounge team was wonderful, kind, and professional . Rahul, Joseph, Jabeer, Kiran, Agustina, Ei Ei, Akash, Myat, Shoon, and Elena provided an excellent service. I am very grateful for their helpfulness.

The room felt spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom included a rainfall shower. The layout provided ample space. I especially liked the Nespresso machine. It was perfect for my morning coffee.

The room was super clean. That was acceptable.

The pool was just too small, especially with so many guests. also, the beach restaurant really disappointed me. The manager refused to turn on the ac, it was ridiculously hot. the chicken breast i ordered tasted like something i wouldn't even feed to my pet.

Really good Stay

fabulous beach plentiful sunbeds lovely jacuzzi comfortable bed

The resort had a fabulous beach with plentiful sunbeds. The pool area was pretty with well spaced beds. The pool temperature was lovely and it included a nice jacuzzi. I found the rooms good and the bed most comfortable.

I found the reception staff demonstrated a lack of support when extra towels were requested for the room.

The staff were friendly and courteous, always helpful. I received a friendly welcome at the reception with orange juice and wet towels. I received great assistance from all the staff, especially the butlers and room service personnel.
