Situated 25 km from Dubai Creek SPB airport, this resort features 24-hour front desk assistance and wake-up service, as well as cars for rent.

The private location will easily bring you to al qasar, located 50 metres away, and to Jumeirah Beach Pavillion, which is also 2.4 km away. Business Bay train station is 14 km from the Jumeirah Al Qasr, and a private beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Guests will also enjoy proximity to Persian Gulf, situated about metres away. The outdoor Wild Wadi Waterpark is a 5-minute drive from this fantastic hotel.

The staff were really good. Everyone was cute. It set a great tone. Attention to detail was evident everywhere. The facilities was excellent and the hotel seemed like home. It started the year fresh.

The only slight issue occurred during check-in, when details regarding benefits were not fully explained.

Breakfast had a wide variety of food, all fresh and well-prepared. The buffet restaurant had excellent food with friendly staff. Pai Thai had amazing food with a supplement for half board guests. It was worth it.

Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Al amin helped us with towels and sunbeds daily. Rosika checked if we needed anything around the pool. Ahasan gave out lolly ices around the pool daily.

The main pool was very clean, and lifeguards were on site. The kids club was cute, and the baby enjoyed visits. There are buggies available for transport around the resort. The gym has modern machines for workouts.

I found so many restaurants with different foods. the waterways were indeed very charming. It added a unique touch. wild wadi, legoland water park, legoland and motion gate theme park had free access. This was awesome for everyone. there are lots of activities for children, especially the superb kids club.

i encountered unprofessional behaviour from some staff. daria at reception seemed unwelcoming. sergey, the manager on duty, was dismissive. i hope this improves in the future because everything else was amazing!!!

Excellent Beach and Breakfast Experiences

I visited Al Qasr recently and loved the great service at the beach. Humayun and Sajid from the service team were very kind and helpful. Room cleaning was also amazing as the rooms were cleaned thoroughly twice each day. Breakfast at French Riviera offered amazing views. It was really delicious.

The reception staff wasn't very friendly upon arrival, making the initial experience a bit underwhelming.

The room space was massive, and it featured excellent bathroom facilities. The pool area was oversized with deck chairs available and staff gave out complimentary iced water all day (it was very refreshing).

I found that there were virtually no waiters in sight at breakfast.
