Excellent hotel with excellent service

The service impressed me from arrival. I had a spacious room located on a higher floor. Breakfast had many choices. I also found Doreen was amazing and well informed about the hotel, she gave very nice hospitality. The hotel was well maintained. I loved the 24-hour room service. The many dining options on the hotel, even at the private beach, were excellent. I appreciated the extra touches such as dimming the hall lights in the evening.
The walls in the rooms are thin. I could hear everything from the neighbors. It wasn't nice.

The room offered a king bed and sofa bed, accommodating my family comfortably. A private balcony gave us direct access to the beach. We also appreciated access to the Kids Club . It helped to keep the children entertained.

I enjoyed the many dining options on-site, including the private beach service. Breakfast provided various selections. The quality and freshness of food was apparent in every meal. The coconut shrimp at the beach was delicious.

The valet team was quick and efficient. My room was always super clean. I especially enjoyed the variety of food options available. The Indian dishes at the buffet were delicious. The kids' all-inclusive package was great, my children loved having unlimited ice cream.

wow! what a place!
genuine warmthclean roomamazing meal
the staff greeted me with genuine warmth, it reminded me of home! the rooms were super clean. I especially loved the attention to detail. plus, the dining experience was just amazing. i savored every meal, it was a party for my taste buds!
The main pool was really crowded. I wish there was more space.

The breakfast was good with options for everyone. the kids club was a plus, it allowed my husband and i time for ourselves. the location offered easy access to the beach, it meant relaxation was always steps away. staff were helpful and always smiling. This added to the overall warmth.
the pool area sometimes felt crowded, so finding available loungers proved challenging. better management of poolside seating would greatly improve the experience.

the concierge service was always responsive to requests. housekeeping provided turndown service each evening. the valet parking team offered quick and efficient assistance, always greeting guests with a smile, the team members are hard workers.
