Underwhelming Stay. Some Issues

The hotel has good gardens.
The room service was slow. Plates with food remained in my room overnight. I found the cleaning staff disinterested. Breakfast staff seemed moody. Poor communication led to long delays in drink orders.

The service was attentive. They brought buckets of water by the pool. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the spa facilities are excellent. I think they are some of the best i've experienced. i already booked another stay for january 2025, this time for 14 nights.
i noticed that they started charging for water.

i was so charmed with the cleanliness of the rooms, they felt pristine. the interiors were gleaming, reflecting the care given to the hotel. the room i stayed in had very comfortable bedding and a nice view of the sea. i found every detail to be in perfect order throughout my stay.
i did notice that the shampoo and other toiletries had a fragrance that didn't quite match the luxurious feel of the hotel (it smelled a little cheap).

the staff was very attentive and helpful, readily addressing any need i had. there was a noticeable rhythm of professionalism and kindness from the doormen to housekeeping. they provided a personalized experience.

I really liked the valet parking. The staff accompanied me to the reception. then, reception staff escorted me to the lifts, very helpful. pool staff carried my towels, and they found empty sun loungers for me. staff personnel carry out all these duties with dedication.
My bath water was always lukewarm, disappointing. water pressure was ridiculously low for a hotel. Made showering less enjoyable. breakfast was not great. It felt busy, catering to masses.

As an international lawyer, I frequently visit this area and hold meetings here, loving both the unique style and the really good service! Yezikiel, a team member, provided invaluable assistance. His helpfulness and constant smile are appreciated! The valet parking staff guided me to reception, the reception staff accompanied me to the lifts, and the pool staff carried my towels and found me sun loungers. Such dedication made my arrival smooth.
Breakfast offered numerous food options, but I found some items to be mediocre. It seemed to cater to the masses, and the coffee quality was not up to par. The egg station also had long queues.

The staff consistently demonstrated high dedication to guest comfort, assisting with everything from luggage handling to finding the ideal spot by the pool, I felt well cared for. I really enjoyed the attention to detail.
