clean rooms amazing views friendly staff private beach
I loved how clean everything was. the rooms were really neat, and the views were amazing. the staff was friendly and always helped. ahmed gave nice recommendations. the private beach was a plus. It got busy, but it was worth it.
the balconies felt too close. i wish there was more privacy when i wanted to relax outside.

shuttle service sitting area attentive housekeeping
the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to nearby malls , a great convenience. my room type was a premium room sea view. it had a separate sitting area , a nice plus. the housekeeping service was very attentive and prompt.
the elevator wait times could be long , especially during peak hours.

beach promenade bay view extensive breakfast
the location was great with easy access to the beach promenade with many restaurants i also found it a short taxi ride to the marina the room had amazing views of the bay i could see the marina from it. breakfast offered a huge selection i tried many things the staff kept it very clean and well stocked. the pool area on the first level provided plenty of seating and loungers i enjoyed relaxing there
sometimes the entrance to the structure was very crowded it took almost an hour to travel two kilometers

fantastic experience
great hospitality cleaning service
the hotel location proved excellent with restaurants nearby. i found the staff very helpful and polite. breakfast had a wide selection of food and gluten-free options too. rooms were modern with comfortable beds and cleaning service was efficient.
the rooftop infinity pool was not open. this was unexpected considering the room price. there was limited space on the beach and shade was scarce, and i had to reserve a sunbed early.

the hotel location was amazing with direct access to the beach. the hotel sat on the west beach promenade with restaurants nearby. it took only minutes to reach key areas by taxi.

premium room sea view varied breakfast
i booked a premium corner room with sea view. waking up to a panoramic view of palm west beach was nice (i loved it!). breakfast and dinner had great variety, high quality food, and a relaxed atmosphere.
the rooftop pool was closed . i was not told this before arrival. this was a slight disappointment as i had hoped to use it.

Underwhelming stay despite some positives
night noise burnt omelet
The room was clean enough, and everything was as expected.
The noise at night was a problem. I needed ear plugs to sleep well. The breakfast got too crowded. Nobody showed me to my table. the omelet had burnt bits from the pan all over it. Not good.
