the hotel location proved excellent with restaurants nearby. i found the staff very helpful and polite. breakfast had a wide selection of food and gluten-free options too. rooms were modern with comfortable beds and cleaning service was efficient.

the rooftop infinity pool was not open. this was unexpected considering the room price. there was limited space on the beach and shade was scarce, and i had to reserve a sunbed early.

i booked a premium corner room with sea view. waking up to a panoramic view of palm west beach was nice (i loved it!). breakfast and dinner had great variety, high quality food, and a relaxed atmosphere.

the rooftop pool was closed . i was not told this before arrival. this was a slight disappointment as i had hoped to use it.

Underwhelming stay despite some positives

The room was clean enough, and everything was as expected.

The noise at night was a problem. I needed ear plugs to sleep well. The breakfast got too crowded. Nobody showed me to my table. the omelet had burnt bits from the pan all over it. Not good.
