great staffs amazing location color of bags mins of waiting
harun and genica are really great staffs efficient and hospitable to us thank you for a wonderful experience the location was amazing too
i waited for my bags in the room for 40 mins i had to go to reception twice asking where are my bags they called me several times asking about color of my bags the experience wasn't great

understaffed breakfast cleanliness issues
The breakfast was a bit of a chaos. it seemed UNDERSTAFFED, resulting in long waits for tables. also, I found a couple of hairs in my shower. Cleanliness was clearly lacking THERE.

varied breakfast sea view crowded gym slow elevator
The breakfast buffet offered many options. I found fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the room featured a balcony. I could see part of the sea from there.
The gym was small and often crowded. I had to wait for equipment. the elevators were sometimes slow. I experienced delays during peak hours.
