awesome resort stay!
fine architecture ideal location spacious room convenient access
The hotel boasts fine architecture and perfect maintenance. It really set the tone. the location is great, close to both the beach and shops, a huge win! our beautiful double room was spacious and luxurious. It was so good. i liked the convenient access to nearby restaurants. Everything i needed was right there.
the sun loungers by the general pool were a little uncomfortable and positioned very close together.

The staff demonstrated really good attentiveness and friendliness. This. every request received prompt attention and their professional demeanor contributed to a cute atmosphere throughout the hotel.

Breakfast had a great buffet with lots of fresh options. There was even champagne included. the variety of food was excellent. It offered many choices for both dinner and breakfast. the restaurants provided excellent service and a great dining experience.

Decent Stay, Some Minor Issues

Zoilo is a real asset to this place! He worked so hard to make sure everyone felt welcome. He took orders near the pool and moved sunbeds. Zoilo offered good suggestions and delivered food promptly. The hotel would be amazing with more Zoilos.
The breakfast was difficult, with over two thousand people at once. Many people were rude and pushed in queues. I had an anxiety attack and cried due to the crowds. The dining experience needs improvement. This affected my holiday.

Very nice tropical oasis

This resort had SO many pools. Some were heated! I enjoyed the availability of sunbeds. The grounds featured beautiful tropical gardens. I found several areas to relax. We had a WONDERFUL stay. The hotel offered direct access to the promenade, super convenient for evening strolls.
The main buffet area was a bit too dark for my liking.

The hotel provided easy access to the famous dunes for walking. Upscale shops near the facility offered a great opportunity for shopping. Several fabulous restaurants are nearby, too, so many dining options exist.

Staff members managed baggage efficiently upon arrival! They took care of it before check-in. The staff addressed issues quickly. A tv problem was fixed within ten minutes. Excellent service overall. it was Excellent.

Breakfast options were extensive. It included something for everyone. The hotel features an italian restaurant! The variety of choices was really good and the food tasted amazing. It was REALLY good.

the hotel had many different areas to relax. it allowed for a relaxing stay. even though it is a large hotel. the non-heated pools were fine for swimming in winter. the hotel design is beautiful, better than the photos show.
The food was average, a bit disappointing. the first room's air conditioning vents either didn't work. or they were set to 22 degrees c. this was a bit too warm for me. it is a massive hotel. There were not enough sun bed spaces.

fabulous shower huge selection
The room had a fabulous shower! It also featured two separate sinks, made getting ready very convenient. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of food. I found something new to try every morning, AMAZING!!!
The minibar prices seemed a bit high for what they offered.

modern equipment clear view
the gym had modern equipment. it includes 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. the main pool seemed big. it had a clear view toward the sea and the hotel building.
the lighting in the main dining room was too dark for my taste.
