the animation team worked hard i noticed nour and fatima had pleasant conversations with guests the cleaner kept my room very clean they changed towels whenever needed the beach bar provided a nice spot for drinks i walked across the promenade to a private beach i found the beach fine
i found the food choices limited and not great i am a vegetarian and had few options some meal times offered only meat or fish salad cheese and bread became my staple labeling for dietary requirements was poor i also noticed the restaurant was busy at times waiters struggled to clear tables creating waiting times

I enjoyed the waterfront meals. A great view. the staff was very friendly, very kind. our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels! the animation team was great, very interactive.
The bar toilet taps had limescale. They could use a good scrub.

this place is amazing! the food was great with good variety and quality. the staff were all awesome and attentive to everyone. the entertainment team couldn't do enough for us every day and night.
the nightclub's noise kept me awake until 4:30 am every night, and that really affected my sleep. i hope they address this issue soon.

The food selection was diverse. I found lunches and dinners delicious. The service was helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and super clean.
I found no kettle in the room. I had to pay extra for a safe. The bathroom was very small. I also noticed that the pool was not very big.

i really enjoyed the animation team activities. they were kind and friendly. getting food and drinks was easy.. there wasn't much trouble at all. the gym was good. the beach was also good and had a dedicated area, meaning no persistent sellers approached.
the shower pressure was a little lower than i prefer, but it wasn't a major issue.

the hotel is about 200 meters from the beach. it has a great vibe with many bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. walking along the beach in front of the hotel was lovely because of the sound of the waves.

the buffet restaurant offers many dishes including vegetarian options. there were always different salads and desserts. the drink selection included water, sparkling water, juices, soft drinks, and wine all freely available during our vacation.

the animation team kept guests entertained throughout the day with great activities. the swimming pool was a good size with a maximum depth of 2 meters. this was perfect, and professional dancers looked at night.
