The Pirate Boat Aqua Zone contains the largest Tarzan boat in the Middle East, two high dive boards (the tallest at 14 feet), and two water slides.

my check-in was impressively smooth and efficient. the staff were helpful from the outset. dining options were excellent, both in service and food quality. my room was spacious and immaculate.

noisy equipment unclean sofa

The room was not ideal. i found the noise from nearby equipment quite bothersome. the sofa bed was also not clean. That was disappointing. the food reminded me of it was from a canteen. it definitely impacted my stay negatively.

The housekeeping was slow. i requested the sofa bed made up for my children, but it wasn't done until several calls. the room had only two towels, despite there being four guests. This was a HUGE inconvenience.
