my room, a one bedroom club suite, included club lounge access. it featured five culinary presentations. flowing beverages where also available. i also found two balconies with a garden view.
breakfast waitresses created an uncomfortable feeling for me. they looked down at guests. this caused me to avoid the place.

i noticed that the cleaning service is amazing. rajeshwar and bishwas, were always kind. they welcomed me and where very professional during the whole experience.

the location of the hotel was acceptable.
The shower controls were not intuitive. I needed a thorough understanding of lever turning to manage warm water. i also found the curtain and light controls difficult to read and use. increasing the lighting often resulted in darkness..

the luggage handlers greeted me! i especially want to mention lyn and gian from ritz kids club. Their customer service was amazing!!! housekeeping was also amazing!!!
The hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport. taxi charged one hundred dirhams one way. The hotel offered a rate of 547 dirhams, what a difference! the carpet in the room did not look like it was shampooed recently.
