a fairytale stay
rang mahal surprise upgrade thoughtful addition
the rang mahal suite was really good it had intricate details. i was greeted with a surprise upgrade this made our anniversary celebration extra special. a beautiful anniversary cake was a thoughtful addition.
some staff members was uninterested during interactions their limited attention was noticeable.

royal experience at the lake
royal welcome detailed tour consistent service indian cuisine
i enjoyed the royal welcome upon arrival and the detailed tour of the hotel i received. the housekeeping team deserves praise for their consistent service and attention to detail. i was impressed with the variety of dining options available, especially the delicious indian cuisine.
i noticed a slight delay with our luggage delivery upon arrival , but it was quickly resolved.

the hotel boasts a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with comfortable loungers. i saw a well-equipped fitness center with treadmills and elliptical machines. there are also multiple dining venues offering diverse cuisines from around the world.
