fantastic family stay with excellent facilities

I appreciated the variety of activities available. The pools were great and provided plenty of sunbeds. the kids club was a real hit with the children. the food in the restaurants offered excellent choices for all-inclusive guests, something the whole family enjoyed.

some staff members seemed less enthusiastic and less interested in helping. at suan bua, i noticed waiters gathering and gossiping near the entrance, which detracted from the dining experience.

the family room double double provided ample space for our family. it included comfortable beds and enough room for luggage. the layout worked well and contributed to a relaxed stay.

the hotel offers a wide range of facilities suitable for families. the temperature-controlled pools are a great feature, (especially for children!). there were several pool types, and activities scheduled throughout the day kept everyone entertained.

the complimentary breakfast was good.

check-in took forever. i waited 30 minutes in line and another 20 while they processed everything. all inclusive didn't include water. paying for water in the summer heat felt ridiculous.

fantastic stay!

helpful staff drinking water great care

the staff was friendly. they helped us a lot. the hotel provided plenty of drinking water. we did not need to buy more. ploy in the mirage lounge gave us great care .

i stayed on the family side on the first floor. at 11:30pm, a rubbish truck reversed to the service entrance below my balcony. the reversing sound bothered me.

the hotel had peaceful location. it was directly on the beach. the private beach area was large. it was a short drive to the city attractions for people wanted to visit them.
