great location connected cvs easy access outdated rooms scratchy sheets filthy elevator

the location is really good. i could walk to wynn, venetian. a cvs connected to the hotel was a HUGE plus. this made it easy to grab snacks and essentials.

the rooms feels little outdated. my room's sheets had a scratchy texture. i also noticed elevator was FILTHY. i even found someones sequin on my rooms floor.

helpful staff convenient location free parking confusing elevators cumbersome wifi no coffee maker

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location is good, close to many attractions. i appreciated the free parking available . (it saved me a lot of money!)

the elevators were a bit confusing to navigate. i found the wifi access a bit cumbersome as i had to re-enter my room number and name every time after being outdoors. there was no coffee maker in the room, which i missed.

great location, clean room

clean hotel friendly staff free parking

the hotel is older but remains very clean! the staff was friendly and accommodated my requests, this was convenient. i stored my luggage after checkout because i had a late flight. the free parking was a bonus as well

the check in experience was not good. it took over an hour and they only had 3 people checking people in, many of these check-ins took a long time.

the hotel has a nice pool area perfect for sun and water relaxation. i noticed the hotel is connected to the parking area, this is better than most. there is also text for help feature available.

front-desk personnel are supportive and polite. room service was accurate and active . the staff was friendly and accommodating, they allowed luggage storage after checkout.

my room was large, clean, and well appointed. it had a comfortable bed, so i slept well and it was quiet. the bathroom was also large and clean and the a/c system worked sufficiently.
